Order Processing
We take great care in preparing your sacred artwork for its journey. Please note the difference between in-stock and bespoke items:
- In-Stock Items: Typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- Bespoke/Commissioned Items: Please allow 1-4 weeks for completion and consecration rituals before dispatch. We will keep you updated on the progress of your commission.
You will receive a notification email with your tracking number once your package has left our studio.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with premier international couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure your artwork is handled with the highest level of care. Estimated transit times vary by destination:
- International Express: 5–10 business days depending on customs clearance and your location.
Please note: These are estimates. Weather conditions, peak seasons, or customs delays may impact delivery dates.
Packaging & Protection
Because Thangkas are delicate, we use archival-grade, moisture-resistant, and impact-protected packaging. Your artwork will be safely secured in professional-grade tubes or flat-pack crates to ensure it arrives in the pristine condition it left our studio.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their home country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential additional costs before placing your order.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
While we use reliable shipping partners, once the package is handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers. If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier first using your tracking number. If you need further assistance, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you locate the shipment.
